End to end
One team from schematic to shipped units.
Design, prototype and sourcing run as a single engagement — so nothing is lost in the handoff between three separate vendors.
Who this is for
- Founders who need a product, not three vendors to manage
- Teams without in-house hardware engineering
- Companies that have been burned by a handoff between design and build
What you get
Everything in the three individual services
A single point of contact across all three
One integrated schedule and budget
Sourcing risk designed out from day one
Continuous DFM rather than a late-stage review
A production-ready package at the end, not a pile of files
How it runs
What actually happens, in order.
- 01
Scope
What the product must do, what it must cost, and when it must exist. We would rather argue about this now than discover a mismatch at the prototype stage.
- 02
Design with sourcing in the room
Parts are chosen for availability as well as performance, because the people buying them are on the same team as the people specifying them.
- 03
Prototype and iterate
Build, test, learn, revise. Each loop is shorter because nobody is waiting on a third party to respond.
- 04
Pilot and qualify
A batch built the production way, with test coverage and documented yield.
- 05
Production
Transferred to your manufacturer or built through our network — with the sourcing already solved.
Capabilities
The detail, if you want it.
What it covers
- Requirements and architecture
- Schematic, layout and firmware
- Prototype and pilot builds
- Test development
- Full BOM sourcing
- Production transfer
Why it is faster
- No vendor-to-vendor handoff
- Part availability known at design time
- One schedule, not three
- Problems land with one accountable team
- DFM applied continuously
- Shorter iteration loops
Is this more expensive than hiring three vendors?
Usually not, and the reason is schedule. Most of the cost overrun in hardware projects comes from rework after a handoff — a design that cannot be sourced, or a board that cannot be built. Removing the handoff removes most of that.
Can we start with one service and expand?
Yes, and many clients do. Starting with a design or a sourcing engagement is a low-risk way to see how we work before committing to the whole thing.
What if we already have a manufacturer?
Then we design and prototype toward their process and hand over cleanly. We are not trying to displace a relationship that already works.
How involved do we need to be?
As involved as you want. Some clients join a weekly review; others check in at milestones. What we need from you is decisions when the project needs them.
